ReceiptBar 利用規約 / Terms of Use

1. 適用 Scope

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ReceiptBar（以下「本サービス」）の提供条件およびユーザーの権利義務を定めます。
These Terms govern ReceiptBar and set forth users’ rights and obligations.

本規約は、株式会社エルプテロン（以下「当社」）が運営する ReceiptBar に適用されます。
These Terms apply to the Service operated by Elpteron Inc.

2. 定義 Definitions

• 領収証コンテンツ：画像、PDF、CSV 等。
  Receipt content: uploaded images, PDFs, CSVs.
• AI処理：OCR／抽出／分類／翻訳。
  AI Processing: OCR, extraction, classification, translation.
• 有料プラン：月額課金。
  Paid Plan: monthly subscription.

3. 規約への同意 Acceptance

本サービスの利用開始をもって本規約に同意したものとみなします。未成年者は法定代理人の同意が必要です。
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Minors must obtain guardian consent.

4. アカウント Account

• 正確な情報の登録と認証情報の厳重管理はユーザーの責務です。
  Users must provide accurate information and safeguard their credentials.
• アカウントの譲渡・貸与・共有は禁止します。
  Transfer, lending, or sharing of accounts is prohibited.

5. 提供機能と技術要件 Features & Technical Requirements

領収証や明細のアップロード、AI処理（OCR/抽出/分類/翻訳）、プレビュー・CSV出力、Google Drive 等のクラウド連携を提供します。品質向上のため再圧縮・ページ分割・言語判定を行うことがあります。
The Service provides receipt uploads, AI processing (OCR, extraction, classification, translation), preview/CSV export, and integrations (e.g., Google Drive). For quality improvement, files may be recompressed, split, or subject to language detection.

利用者は Gemini API キーを各自で取得する必要があります。Free プランにはリクエスト制限があり、利用状況に応じて 有料プランへの課金が必要となる場合があります。料金の目安については以下をご参照ください：

Users must obtain their own Gemini API key. The Free plan has request limitations, and depending on usage, a paid plan may be required. For pricing details, please see:

【料金目安】領収証 600 枚を処理した場合でも、テキスト量にして 30〜60 万トークン程度であり、 入出力を合わせても 数ドル（300〜600円程度）に収まるケースが一般的です。 大量処理や長文の請求書などではこの限りではありません。
Cost estimate: Processing around 600 receipts usually amounts to 300k–600k tokens in total, costing only a few USD (≈ $2–4, or ¥300–600). Larger documents or heavy usage may incur higher charges.

※ 本サービスは Google Chrome ブラウザ専用です。他のブラウザでは正しく動作しない場合があるため、 必ず Google Chrome を使用してください。
* This Service is designed exclusively for the Google Chrome browser. It may not function properly on other browsers, so users must use Google Chrome.

6. 外部サービス・モデル Third-Party Providers

OpenAI / Google / Stripe / ChatWork 等の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。提供状況により機能が変更・中断される可能性があります。
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Stripe, ChatWork). Features may change or be suspended due to such providers’ changes.

7. 禁止事項 Prohibited Conduct

以下は例示であり、これらに準ずる行為も含みます。/ The following are examples; substantially similar conduct is also prohibited.

A) 法令・権利侵害 Laws & Rights

• 法令、公序良俗、または第三者の権利を侵害する行為。
  Violations of laws, public policy, or third-party rights.
• 知的財産・肖像・プライバシー侵害、虚偽表示。
  IP/privacy infringements or misrepresentation.

B) セキュリティ・技術 Security & Technical

• 不正アクセス、脆弱性探索、スクレイピングや過度な負荷。
  Unauthorized access, vulnerability probing, scraping, or excessive load.
• リバースエンジニアリング、回避行為（レート制限・認証等）。
  Reverse engineering or circumventing rate limits/auth.

C) コンテンツ・コミュニケーション Content & Conduct

• 誹謗中傷、差別、わいせつ、嫌がらせ、スパム。
  Defamation, discrimination, obscenity, harassment, spam.
• 違法・不適切コンテンツ（テロ、虐待、犯罪助長等）。
  Illegal/inappropriate content (e.g., terrorism, abuse, crime).

D) 支払・不正 Payments & Fraud

• 不正決済、チャージバック濫用、なりすまし。
  Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, impersonation.

E) アカウント運用 Account Use

• 譲渡・貸与・共有、複数アカウントでの不正利用。
  Transfer/lending/sharing, abusive multi-account use.

F) 機密情報の扱い Sensitive Information

• 第三者の機微情報を本人同意なくアップロード。
  Uploading third-party sensitive data without consent.

G) モデル・出力の不正使用 Model & Output Misuse

• 出力を誤認させる用途（なりすまし等）や違法行為への利用。
  Misleading uses (impersonation) or illegal activities.

H) 競業・再販 Competition & Resale

• 当社の書面同意なき再販・再提供・競業目的の利用。
  Resale/redistribution/competitive use without consent.

I) 自動化・API濫用 Automation & API Abuse

• ボット等による想定外の大量呼び出し、測定回避。
  Unintended high-volume calls or metric evasion.

J) その他 Other

• 当社が不適切と合理的に判断する行為。
  Any act reasonably deemed inappropriate by the Company.

8. 知的財産 Intellectual Property

本サービスに関する一切の知的財産権は当社に帰属します。
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company.

9. 料金・支払 Fees & Payment

料金・支払時期・方法は申込画面の表示に従います。途中解約の取扱いはキャンセルポリシーに従います。
Fees, timing, and methods are as shown at sign-up. Mid-term cancellation is handled under the Cancellation Policy.

10. キャンセル・解約 Cancellation

当社のキャンセルポリシーに従います。

11. データの取扱い Data Handling

本サービスはプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを取扱います。アップロードされたファイル等のユーザーデータは 当社サーバー上に保存・保管しません。処理は必要最小限の範囲で一時的に行われ、処理完了後は 永続的な保存を行わない設計により、情報漏洩リスクを原理的に排除しています。 通信はSSL/TLSで暗号化され、CSRF対策等の保護措置を講じています。
We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files and user data are not stored or retained on our servers. Processing occurs only transiently to the minimum extent necessary, and no persistent server-side storage is performed, thereby eliminating leakage risk by design. All transfers are protected with SSL/TLS and CSRF safeguards.

なお、OCR／抽出結果の正確性は保証されません。意思決定・申告・会計処理等への利用は、 ユーザーご自身の確認・責任において行ってください。
Accuracy of OCR/extraction is not guaranteed. You must verify results before using them for decisions, filings, or accounting.

12. 変更・中断 Changes & Suspension

保守・障害・外部サービス不具合等により、事前告知なく本サービスの全部または一部を変更・中断・終了できます。
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice for maintenance, outages, or external failures.

15. 免責事項 Disclaimer

1. 本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、瑕疵の不存在、商品性、安全性等について一切保証しません。 当社は、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、ユーザーによる本サービスの利用についてなんらの責任を負いません。
   The Service is provided "as is," without any warranty regarding defects, merchantability, or safety. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company assumes no responsibility for users’ use of the Service.
2. 当社は､各ユーザーが本サービスを解約したことに基因する損害について一切責任を負いません｡
   The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a user’s termination of the Service.
3. 本サービスは、システム保守、障害、自然災害、通信障害、第三者の行為その他やむを得ない事由により、事前通知なく全部または一部を中断・停止することがあります。この場合、当社は損害について一切責任を負いません｡
   The Service may be suspended or stopped without notice due to maintenance, failures, natural disasters, communication issues, or unavoidable circumstances. The Company bears no responsibility for damages arising therefrom.
4. 当社は、適切な安全管理措置を講じていますが、通信障害や不正アクセス等による情報漏えい・データ損失については責任を負いません。
   Although the Company takes appropriate security measures, it shall not be liable for any data loss or leakage caused by communication failures or unauthorized access.
5. 当社は、ユーザー同士や税理士同士の間で生じた損害について責任を負いません｡
   The Company shall not be responsible for any damages arising between users, or between tax advisors.
6. 当社は、事前の通知なくサービスの全部または一部を変更・追加・削除・終了できます。この場合に発生した損害について責任を負いません。
   The Company may modify, add, delete, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
7. 各ユーザーが本サービスを解約したことにより生じた損害は、当社は一切責任を負いません｡
   The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a user’s termination of the Service.
8. 本サービスが外部サービスと連携する場合、その不具合・仕様変更・中止等により生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負いません。
   If the Service integrates with third-party services, the Company shall not be liable for damages caused by their malfunctions, specification changes, or discontinuation.
9. 提供する情報は法改正等により正確性・完全性が損なわれることがあります。当社はこれにより生じた損害について責任を負いません。
   Information provided may lose accuracy or completeness due to law revisions or other reasons. The Company shall not be responsible for damages resulting therefrom.
10. 本サービスで提供されるAIによる情報・助言は一般的参考情報であり、法的・税務的助言ではありません。これに基づく判断・行為による損害について責任を負いません。
    AI-generated information or advice is provided for general reference only and does not constitute legal or tax advice. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from decisions or actions based thereon.
11. 有料サービスについては、当社の責に帰すべき事由がない限り、決済完了後の返金・キャンセル・振替・料金調整等は行いません。通信環境や端末設定、操作ミス、タイムゾーン誤認、第三者利用、主観的不満による利用不能についても責任を負いません（詳細はキャンセルポリシー参照）。
    For paid services, no refunds, cancellations, transfers, or fee adjustments will be made after payment, unless due to reasons attributable to the Company. The Company is not responsible for unavailability due to communication environment, device settings, user errors, timezone misperceptions, third-party use, or subjective dissatisfaction (see Cancellation Policy).

14. 反社会的勢力排除 Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

ユーザーは反社会的勢力に該当せず、関係しないことを表明・保証します。
Users represent and warrant that they are not, and are not affiliated with, anti-social forces.

15. 準拠法・管轄 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

日本法に準拠し、当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.

16. 規約の変更 Amendments

当社は合理的な範囲で本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は本サービス上で告知します。
The Company may amend these Terms within a reasonable scope. Material changes will be announced on the Service in advance.

17. 税務・会計・法的助言ではない No Professional Advice

本サービスおよびAI出力は、税務・会計・法律等の専門的助言を提供するものではありません。必要に応じて有資格専門家にご相談ください。
The Service and AI outputs do not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals as needed.

18. 公開モードとクラウド連携 Public Mode & Cloud Integrations

公開モードでは、アップロードされたファイルがユーザー個人のクラウドではなく、当社が管理する代表アカウント（例：Google Drive）に保存される場合があります。利用可能な機能・権限・保存先は運用状況により変動します。機微情報の取扱いには十分ご注意ください。
In Public Mode, uploads may be stored under a company-managed representative account (e.g., Google Drive), not the user’s own cloud. Features/permissions/storage locations may vary by operation. Handle sensitive data with care.

外部サービスの認可範囲（スコープ）は必要最小限を前提としますが、外部側の変更等により挙動が変わる場合があります。
OAuth scopes are intended to be minimal, but provider changes may affect behavior.

19. 認証情報・APIキーの取扱い Credentials & API Keys

ユーザーが入力・連携する認証情報やAPIキーは、本サービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ使用します。保存の要否・方法（例：暗号化保存/セッション限定）は機能により異なります。第三者への開示は法令等に基づく場合を除き行いません。
Credentials and API keys you provide are used only as necessary to deliver the Service. Storage (e.g., encrypted/ephemeral) varies by feature. We do not disclose them to third parties except as required by law.

20. データ保持・削除 Data Retention & Deletion

保持期間・削除手続はプライバシーポリシーおよび画面表示に従います。バックアップ上の残存やログの保全が一定期間継続する場合があります。退会・解約後のデータ取扱いも同様です。
Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and on-screen notices. Backups/logs may persist for a limited time. Post-termination handling follows the same rules.

21. 自動更新と解約期限 Auto-Renewal & Cut-Off

有料プランは原則として期間満了時に自動更新されます。解約は更新日前までに所定の手続を完了してください。詳細はキャンセルポリシーに従います。
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Complete cancellation before the renewal date. See the Cancellation Policy for details.

22. 通知・権利義務の譲渡・一般条項 Notices, Assignment & General

• 通知は、登録メールアドレスまたはサービス内掲示をもって有効とします。
  Notices may be given via email or in-service postings.
• 当社は事業承継等に伴い、本契約上の地位・権利義務を譲渡できるものとします。
  We may assign our contractual position/rights/obligations in connection with a business transfer.
• 本規約の一部が無効でも、残部は引き続き有効です（分離可能性）。
  If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective (severability).
• 本規約は、個別合意やポリシー等を除き、当事者間の完全な合意を構成します。
  These Terms, alongside applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement.
