ReceiptBar 利用規約 / Terms of Use

1. 適用 Scope

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ReceiptBar（以下「本サービス」）の提供条件およびユーザーの権利義務を定めます。
These Terms govern ReceiptBar and set forth users’ rights and obligations.

本規約は、株式会社エルプテロン（以下「当社」）が運営する ReceiptBar に適用されます。
These Terms apply to the Service operated by Elpteron Inc.

2. 定義 Definitions

• 領収証コンテンツ：画像、PDF、CSV、音声、テキスト、抽出済み構造化データその他ユーザーが本サービスに入力・送信・保存する情報。
  Receipt content includes images, PDFs, CSVs, audio, text, structured extracted data, and other information submitted, stored, or sent through the Service.
• AI処理：OCR、抽出、分類、翻訳、要約、補正候補生成、音声認識、CSV再生成その他AIまたは機械処理。
  AI Processing includes OCR, extraction, classification, translation, summaries, correction suggestions, speech recognition, CSV regeneration, and similar machine processing.
• 有料プラン：月額その他継続課金型の利用形態。
  Paid Plan means monthly or other recurring subscription-based access.
• 外部サービス：Google Gemini、OpenAI、Google Drive、Stripe、ホスティング、監視、解析、通信その他当社外のサービス。
  Third-Party Services include Google Gemini, OpenAI, Google Drive, Stripe, hosting, monitoring, analytics, communications, and other external providers.

3. 規約への同意 Acceptance

本サービスの利用開始をもって本規約に同意したものとみなします。未成年者は法定代理人の同意が必要です。
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Minors must obtain guardian consent.

4. アカウント Account

• 正確な情報の登録と認証情報の厳重管理はユーザーの責務です。
  Users must provide accurate information and safeguard their credentials.
• アカウントの譲渡・貸与・共有は禁止します。
  Transfer, lending, or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
• 当社は、セキュリティ確保、不正利用防止、およびアカウント保護のため、認証済み会員エリアにおいて、1アカウントにつき同時に1つの有効セッションのみを許容する場合があります。新たなログインが行われた場合、既存のセッションが終了し、継続利用できなくなることがあります。具体的な適用範囲および運用方法は、当社が別途定める方法によります。
  For security, abuse prevention, and account protection, the Company may allow only one active session at a time per account within authenticated member areas. If a new login is detected, an existing session may be terminated and become unavailable. The specific scope and operation of this policy shall be determined separately by the Company.
• ユーザーは、自らのアカウントで行われた行為について、法令上許される範囲で責任を負います。
  Users are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for activities carried out through their accounts.

5. 提供機能と技術要件 Features & Technical Requirements

領収証や明細のアップロード、AI処理（OCR/抽出/分類/翻訳）、LiveAI会話、プレビュー・編集、承認フロー、CSV出力、Google Drive 等のクラウド連携を提供します。品質向上や安定運用のため、再圧縮、ページ分割、言語判定、構造化、セッション再接続処理等を行うことがあります。
The Service provides receipt uploads, AI processing (OCR, extraction, classification, translation), Live AI conversation, preview/editing, approval flows, CSV export, and integrations such as Google Drive. For quality and operational stability, files and session data may be recompressed, split, language-detected, structured, or reconnected as needed.

利用者は Gemini API キーを各自で取得・管理する必要がある場合があります。Free プランにはリクエスト制限があり、利用状況に応じて Google 等第三者サービスの有料プランや従量課金が必要となる場合があります。これら第三者サービスに対する料金、通信費その他の費用は、別途ユーザー負担となります。料金や仕様の詳細は当該外部サービス提供者の公式情報をご確認ください。
Gemini API 料金表（Google公式）
Users may need to obtain and manage their own Gemini API key. The Free plan has request limits, and depending on usage, paid plans or usage-based charges from Google or other third-party services may apply. Such third-party charges, network fees, and related costs are borne separately by the user. Please refer to the official information from the relevant provider for pricing and specifications.

外部サービスの料金、無料枠、レート制限、提供モデル、仕様は変更される場合があります。本サービス内で示す目安や説明は一般的参考情報であり、常に最新または個別利用にそのまま当てはまることを保証するものではありません。
Pricing, free tiers, rate limits, available models, and specifications of third-party services may change. Any examples or estimates shown in the Service are for general reference only and are not guaranteed to remain current or to apply to every use case.

※ 本サービスは Google Chrome ブラウザでの利用を前提とする機能を含みます。LiveAI機能の利用には、Google Chrome、マイク権限、安定した通信環境、ならびに外部AI事業者の提供状況が必要です。これらの要件が満たされない場合、全部または一部の機能が正しく動作しないことがあります。
* Some features of the Service are intended for use with Google Chrome. Live AI features require Google Chrome, microphone permission, a stable network connection, and availability of external AI providers. If these requirements are not met, some or all features may not function properly.

6. 外部サービス・モデル Third-Party Providers

本サービスは、Google Gemini、OpenAI、Google Drive、Stripe、ホスティング、監視、解析、通信その他の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。外部サービスの仕様変更、障害、停止、利用制限、料金改定、国外処理その他の事情により、本サービスの全部または一部の機能が変更・中断・終了されることがあります。外部サービスには当該提供者の利用規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
The Service may rely on external services such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, Google Drive, Stripe, hosting, monitoring, analytics, and communications providers. Changes, outages, suspensions, usage restrictions, pricing changes, international processing, or other circumstances affecting those providers may result in modification, suspension, or termination of some or all Service features. Such providers’ own terms and privacy policies also apply.

7. 禁止事項 Prohibited Conduct

以下は例示であり、これらに準ずる行為も含みます。/ The following are examples; substantially similar conduct is also prohibited.

A) 法令・権利侵害 Laws & Rights

• 法令、公序良俗、または第三者の権利を侵害する行為。
  Violations of laws, public policy, or third-party rights.
• 知的財産・肖像・プライバシー侵害、虚偽表示。
  IP/privacy infringements or misrepresentation.

B) セキュリティ・技術 Security & Technical

• 不正アクセス、脆弱性探索、スクレイピングや過度な負荷。
  Unauthorized access, vulnerability probing, scraping, or excessive load.
• リバースエンジニアリング、回避行為（レート制限・認証等）。
  Reverse engineering or circumventing rate limits/auth.

C) コンテンツ・コミュニケーション Content & Conduct

• 誹謗中傷、差別、わいせつ、嫌がらせ、スパム。
  Defamation, discrimination, obscenity, harassment, spam.
• 違法・不適切コンテンツ（テロ、虐待、犯罪助長等）。
  Illegal/inappropriate content (e.g., terrorism, abuse, crime).

D) 支払・不正 Payments & Fraud

• 不正決済、チャージバック濫用、なりすまし。
  Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, impersonation.

E) アカウント運用 Account Use

• 譲渡・貸与・共有、複数アカウントでの不正利用。
  Transfer/lending/sharing, abusive multi-account use.

F) 機密情報の扱い Sensitive Information

• 第三者の機微情報を本人同意なくアップロード。
  Uploading third-party sensitive data without consent.

G) モデル・出力の不正使用 Model & Output Misuse

• 出力を誤認させる用途（なりすまし等）や違法行為への利用。
  Misleading uses (impersonation) or illegal activities.

H) 競業・再販 Competition & Resale

• 当社の書面同意なき再販・再提供・競業目的の利用。
  Resale/redistribution/competitive use without consent.

I) 自動化・API濫用 Automation & API Abuse

• ボット等による想定外の大量呼び出し、測定回避。
  Unintended high-volume calls or metric evasion.

J) その他 Other

• 当社が合理的理由に基づき不適切と判断する行為。
  Any act reasonably deemed inappropriate by the Company.

8. 知的財産 Intellectual Property

本サービスに関する一切の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本サービス上の表示・機能・デザイン・ソフトウェア等について、当社の許諾なく複製、改変、再配布等を行ってはなりません。
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or lawful right holders. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the Service’s content, features, design, or software without authorization.

9. 料金・支払 Fees & Payment

料金・支払時期・方法は申込画面、料金表示、請求画面その他当社が指定する表示に従います。定期課金がある場合、その更新条件・解約方法・解約時期はキャンセルポリシーおよび申込時の表示に従います。
Fees, billing timing, and payment methods are as shown on the sign-up, pricing, billing, or other designated screens. If recurring billing applies, renewal, cancellation method, and timing shall follow the Cancellation Policy and sign-up disclosures.

10. キャンセル・解約 Cancellation

キャンセル・解約の条件、効力発生日、返金の有無その他の取扱いは、当社のキャンセルポリシーに従います。

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

11. データの取扱い Data Handling

本サービスはプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを取り扱います。アップロードされたファイル、抽出結果、修正後データ、CSV、音声入力、承認待ち状態、セッション識別子、操作履歴、エラーログその他のユーザーデータは、本サービスの提供、AI処理、セッション維持、承認フロー、不正防止、障害対応その他運用上必要な範囲で、当社サーバー、当社管理のデータベース、キャッシュ、ログ基盤その他のインフラ上に一時的または運用上必要な期間保存される場合があります。
We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files, extraction results, edited data, CSV outputs, audio input, pending approval states, session identifiers, operation history, error logs, and other user data may be stored temporarily or for operationally necessary periods on our servers, databases, caches, logs, and other managed infrastructure to provide the Service, run AI processing, maintain sessions, operate approval flows, prevent abuse, and handle incidents.

LiveAI機能では、ユーザーの音声、テキスト指示、領収証候補、抽出済み構造化データ等が、必要な範囲で Google Gemini、OpenAI その他の外部AI事業者に送信される場合があります。ユーザーが入力・連携する API キーや認証情報は、機能提供に必要な範囲で使用され、保存の要否・方法は機能により異なります。
Live AI features may send user audio, text instructions, receipt candidates, and structured extraction data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other external AI providers as necessary to provide the feature. API keys and credentials supplied or connected by users are used only as necessary to deliver the feature, and whether or how they are stored depends on the feature.

当社は通信暗号化、認証、アクセス制御、ログ監視その他の安全管理措置を講じますが、完全な安全性、無停止、無損失、無漏えいを保証するものではありません。また、OCR、抽出、分類、音声認識、要約、修正候補提示、CSV 再生成その他のAI処理の正確性・完全性・適時性は保証されません。意思決定、申告、会計処理その他の利用にあたっては、ユーザーご自身の確認・責任において行ってください。
We implement encryption, authentication, access controls, log monitoring, and other security measures, but we do not guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted operation, zero loss, or zero leakage. Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of OCR, extraction, classification, speech recognition, summaries, correction suggestions, CSV regeneration, and other AI processing are not guaranteed. Users must verify outputs themselves before relying on them for decisions, filings, accounting, or other purposes.

12. 変更・中断 Changes & Suspension

当社は、保守、障害対応、セキュリティ対応、外部サービス不具合、法令対応、事業上の必要その他合理的理由により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更・中断・終了することがあります。
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, incident response, security reasons, external service failures, legal compliance, business needs, or other reasonable grounds.

13. 免責事項 Disclaimer

1. 本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、法令上許容される範囲で、商品性、特定目的適合性、完全性、正確性、継続性、可用性その他一切の保証を行いません。
   The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranty regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, continuity, availability, or otherwise.
2. 当社は、当社の責に帰すべき事由がない限り、ユーザーによる解約、利用環境、第三者サービス、通信事情、端末設定、操作ミス、外部AI事業者の障害・制限・仕様変更等に起因して生じた損害について責任を負いません。
   Unless attributable to the Company, we are not liable for damages arising from user cancellation, user environment, third-party services, network conditions, device settings, user operation errors, or outages, restrictions, or specification changes of external AI providers.
3. 当社は、システム保守、障害、自然災害、通信障害、第三者の行為その他やむを得ない事由により、本サービスの全部または一部が中断・停止した場合であっても、当社に責に帰すべき事由がない限り、これにより生じた損害について責任を負いません。
   If the Service is suspended or interrupted due to maintenance, failures, natural disasters, communications issues, third-party acts, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Company is not liable for resulting damages unless attributable to the Company.
4. 当社は、適切な安全管理措置を講じますが、通信障害、不正アクセス、マルウェア、第三者サービス障害その他当社の支配が及ばない事由による情報漏えい・データ損失・破損について、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
   We implement appropriate security measures, but except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for data leakage, loss, or corruption caused by communications failures, unauthorized access, malware, third-party service failures, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
5. 当社は、ユーザー間またはユーザーと第三者との間に生じた紛争・損害について、当社に責に帰すべき事由がない限り責任を負いません。
   The Company is not liable for disputes or damages between users or between a user and a third party unless attributable to the Company.
6. 本サービスが外部サービスと連携する場合、その不具合、仕様変更、中止、料金改定、利用制限等により生じた損害について、当社に責に帰すべき事由がない限り、責任を負いません。
   Where the Service integrates with third-party services, the Company is not liable for damages caused by malfunctions, specification changes, suspension, pricing changes, or usage restrictions of such services unless attributable to the Company.
7. 提供情報およびAI出力は、法改正、外部モデル変更、学習データ差異、入力品質その他の理由により、正確性・完全性・適時性を欠く場合があります。当社は、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、これにより生じた損害について責任を負いません。
   Provided information and AI outputs may lack accuracy, completeness, or timeliness due to legal changes, model updates, training data differences, input quality, or other reasons. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for resulting damages.
8. 本サービスで提供されるAIによる情報・助言は一般的参考情報であり、税務・会計・法律その他の専門的助言ではありません。これに基づく判断・行為は、ユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
   AI-generated information or suggestions are for general reference only and do not constitute tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice. Users must make their own decisions and verify outputs independently.
9. 有料サービスについては、当社の責に帰すべき事由がある場合または法令上必要な場合を除き、決済完了後の返金・取消・振替・料金調整は行いません。詳細はキャンセルポリシーに従います。
   For paid services, unless due to reasons attributable to the Company or otherwise required by law, we do not provide refunds, reversals, transfers, or fee adjustments after payment. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
10. LiveAI機能、音声入出力、承認フロー、再接続処理その他のリアルタイム機能は、Google Chrome、マイク権限、通信環境、外部AI事業者の提供状況、ユーザーが設定する API キーの有効性・利用上限等に依存します。これらに起因する遅延、誤動作、利用不能、応答品質低下、接続断その他の不具合について、当社に責に帰すべき事由がない限り、責任を負いません。
    Live AI features, audio input/output, approval flows, reconnection handling, and other real-time functions depend on Google Chrome, microphone permissions, network conditions, external AI availability, and validity or quotas of user-supplied API keys. Unless attributable to the Company, we are not liable for delays, malfunctions, unavailability, degraded response quality, disconnections, or similar issues arising from such factors.
11. Google Gemini その他第三者サービスに対して発生した利用料金、従量料金、通信料金その他の費用については、当該第三者サービスの定めに従うものとし、当社が決済主体ではない範囲では、当社から返金・取消・補償を行うことはできません。
    Fees, usage-based charges, network fees, and other costs imposed by Google Gemini or other third-party services are governed by those providers. To the extent the Company is not the billing party, we cannot provide refunds, reversals, or compensation for such charges.
12. 当社がユーザーに対して損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、当社の責任は、当該損害発生月以前直近12か月間にユーザーが当社に現実に支払った利用料金の総額を上限とします。
    Even where the Company is liable for damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company’s liability shall be capped at the total fees actually paid by the user to the Company during the 12 months preceding the month in which the damage arose.

14. 反社会的勢力排除 Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

ユーザーは反社会的勢力に該当せず、またこれらと関係しないことを表明し、将来にわたってこれを維持することを保証します。
Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not become, affiliated with anti-social forces.

15. 準拠法・管轄 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠します。ユーザーと当社との間で訴訟の必要が生じた場合は、民事訴訟法その他の法令により管轄を有する裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。なお、ユーザーが消費者である場合、その法令上認められる裁判所に提起する権利を妨げません。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If litigation becomes necessary, the court having jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure and other applicable laws shall have jurisdiction in the first instance. Nothing herein restricts a consumer user’s right to bring proceedings before a court permitted by law.

16. 規約の変更 Amendments

当社は、法令の変更、サービス内容の変更、セキュリティ対応、運営上の必要その他合理的な理由がある場合、本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、効力発生日および変更内容を、本サービス上または当社が適当と判断する方法で周知します。法令上ユーザーの個別同意が必要な場合は、別途その同意を取得します。
The Company may amend these Terms when reasonably necessary, including due to legal changes, service changes, security responses, or operational needs. For material amendments, we will notify users of the effective date and revised content through the Service or another appropriate method. Where individual consent is required by law, such consent will be obtained separately.

17. 税務・会計・法的助言ではない No Professional Advice

本サービスおよびAI出力は、税務・会計・法律等の専門的助言を提供するものではありません。必要に応じて有資格専門家にご相談ください。
The Service and AI outputs do not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals as needed.

18. 公開モードとクラウド連携 Public Mode & Cloud Integrations

公開モードでは、アップロードされたファイルがユーザー個人のクラウドではなく、当社が管理する代表アカウント（例：Google Drive）に保存される場合があります。利用可能な機能・権限・保存先は運用状況により変動します。機微情報の取扱いには十分ご注意ください。
In Public Mode, uploads may be stored under a company-managed representative account (e.g., Google Drive), not the user’s own cloud. Features, permissions, and storage destinations may vary depending on operations. Please exercise caution with sensitive data.

外部サービスの認可範囲（スコープ）は必要最小限を前提としますが、外部側の変更等により挙動が変わる場合があります。
OAuth scopes are intended to be kept to a minimum, but provider-side changes may affect behavior.

19. 認証情報・APIキーの取扱い Credentials & API Keys

ユーザーが入力・連携する認証情報やAPIキーは、本サービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ使用します。保存の要否・方法（例：暗号化保存、セッション限定保持等）は機能により異なります。法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に開示しません。
Credentials and API keys provided by users are used only as necessary to deliver the Service. Whether and how they are stored (for example, encrypted storage or session-limited retention) may vary by feature. Except as required by law, we do not disclose them to third parties without user consent.

20. データ保持・削除 Data Retention & Deletion

保持期間・削除手続はプライバシーポリシー、画面表示、個別案内その他当社が示す条件に従います。バックアップ上の残存やログの保全が一定期間継続する場合があります。退会・解約後のデータ取扱いも同様です。
Retention periods and deletion procedures follow the Privacy Policy, on-screen notices, individual guidance, and other conditions presented by the Company. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period. The same applies after account closure or cancellation.

21. 自動更新と解約期限 Auto-Renewal & Cut-Off

有料プランは、申込画面その他の表示に別段の定めがない限り、期間満了時に自動更新されます。解約は更新日前までに所定の手続を完了してください。詳細はキャンセルポリシーおよび申込時表示に従います。
Unless otherwise stated on the sign-up or pricing screens, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each term. Please complete cancellation procedures before the renewal date. Details are governed by the Cancellation Policy and sign-up disclosures.

22. 通知・権利義務の譲渡・一般条項 Notices, Assignment & General

• 通知は、登録メールアドレスまたはサービス内掲示その他当社が適当と判断する方法により行います。
  Notices may be given via registered email, in-service postings, or other methods reasonably selected by the Company.
• 当社は、事業譲渡、会社分割、合併その他事業承継に伴い、本契約上の地位・権利義務を譲渡できるものとします。
  We may assign our contractual position, rights, and obligations in connection with a business transfer, merger, split, or similar succession.
• 本規約の一部が無効でも、残部は引き続き有効です（分離可能性）。
  If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective (severability).
• 本規約、プライバシーポリシー、キャンセルポリシー、料金表示その他本サービス上で示す条件は、当事者間の合意内容を構成します。
  These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation Policy, pricing disclosures, and other conditions presented through the Service constitute the agreement between the parties.
