キャンセルポリシー Cancellation Policy

ユーザーが安心してサービスを利用できるよう、解約、返金、第三者課金、データ保持等に関する基本ルールを定めます。

定期課金サービス（サブスクリプション）について For Subscriptions

• 解約は、当社所定の方法によりいつでも申請できます。
  Users may apply for cancellation at any time using the method designated by the Company.
• 解約の効力は、別途明示がない限り、次回更新日以降に生じます。既に開始している利用期間分の料金は、当社の責に帰すべき事由がある場合または法令上必要な場合を除き、返金対象外です。
  Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect from the next renewal date. Fees for the billing period already in progress are non-refundable except where attributable to the Company or otherwise required by law.
• 途中解約による日割返金は、当社の責に帰すべき事由がある場合または法令上必要な場合を除き、行いません。
  Prorated refunds for mid-term cancellation are not provided except where attributable to the Company or otherwise required by law.
• 通信環境、端末設定、ブラウザ設定、操作ミス、外部サービス事情その他当社の責に帰すべき事由がない事情により利用に支障が生じた場合、原則として返金対象外です。
  If usage is hindered due to network conditions, device settings, browser settings, user errors, third-party services, or other reasons not attributable to the Company, refunds are generally unavailable.
• 決済完了をもって契約が成立し、サービス提供準備が開始されます。
  The contract is formed and service preparation begins upon completion of payment.
• 決済不能、本人確認不能、規約違反、不正利用のおそれ等がある場合、当社は契約の成立を拒否し、または利用を停止できることがあります。
  If payment fails, identity cannot be verified, terms are violated, or abuse is suspected, the Company may refuse formation of the contract or suspend use.
• 第三者による不正利用について、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、当社は責任を負いません。
  Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for unauthorized third-party use.

返金の基本方針 Refund Policy

• 当社サービスの利用料金については、当社の責に帰すべき事由がある場合または法令上必要な場合を除き、返金・取消・料金調整は行いません。
  For fees paid to the Company for the Service, refunds, reversals, and fee adjustments are not provided except where attributable to the Company or otherwise required by law.
• ユーザーの主観的理由のみ（期待と違う、難しい、簡単すぎる等）による返金は、原則として行いません。
  Refunds are generally not provided for purely subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction, mismatch of expectations, or perceived difficulty/ease.
• 誤操作、誤申込み、無料と誤認したこと等のみを理由とする返金は、当社に責に帰すべき事由がない限り、原則として行いません。
  Refunds are generally not provided for mistaken operations, mistaken applications, or misunderstanding the Service as free, unless attributable to the Company.

AI機能・外部課金・データ削除について AI Features, Third-Party Charges & Data Deletion

• LiveAI機能は、Google Chrome、マイク権限、通信環境、外部AI事業者の提供状況、ユーザーが設定する API キーの有効性および利用枠に依存します。これらに起因する利用不能、遅延、品質低下については、当社の責に帰すべき事由がない限り、返金対象外です。
  Live AI features depend on Google Chrome, microphone permission, network conditions, availability of external AI providers, and the validity/quota of user-supplied API keys. Unless attributable to the Company, unavailability, delay, or degraded quality arising from these factors is non-refundable.
• Google Gemini その他第三者サービスに対して発生した従量課金、API 利用料、通信料金その他の費用は、当社の月額料金等とは別個にユーザーが負担するものであり、当該第三者サービスの定めに従います。当社が決済主体でない範囲では、当社から返金・取消・補償を行うことはできません。
  Usage-based fees, API charges, network fees, and similar costs charged by Google Gemini or other third-party services are borne separately by the user and governed by those providers. To the extent the Company is not the billing party, we cannot provide refunds, reversals, or compensation for those charges.
• 解約は将来の更新停止を意味し、直ちに全データ削除を意味するものではありません。データ保持・削除は、利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
  Cancellation stops future renewals and does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of all data. Retention and deletion are handled in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

改定について Amendments

本ポリシーは、法令の変更、サービス内容の変更、運営上の必要その他合理的な理由により改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、効力発生日までに当社サイト、本サービス上、またはその他適切な方法で通知します。
This Policy may be amended for legal changes, service changes, operational needs, or other reasonable grounds. If material changes are made, notice will be given on our website, within the Service, or by another appropriate method before the effective date.

免責事項との関係 Relation to Disclaimers

本キャンセルポリシーに定めのない事項および責任制限に関する事項については、当社利用規約第13条（免責事項）その他本サービス上の定めに従います。
Matters not specified in this Cancellation Policy, including limitations of liability, are governed by Article 13 (Disclaimer) of the Terms of Use and other applicable service rules.
